Do not use a band that shows significant tearing, cracking, thinning, or other deterioration.

No.
Follow the limits stated for the applicable product.
Can I return equipment because the resistance feels wrong for me?
Potentially, yes, if the product remains eligible under our 30-day return policy.
For an ordinary preference return, the customer pays return shipping.
What if the product arrives broken?
Stop before using it and contact:
Include photos where possible.
What if a part is missing?
Contact us with your order number and identify the missing component.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No standard restocking fee is currently charged.
How long do refunds take?
