SDWFNTUME LLC sells consumer fitness equipment and workout accessories with a focus on products used by women.

A piece of fitness equipment can provide resistance, support movement, or help structure an exercise. It cannot determine whether a particular exercise is appropriate for an individual.

Fitness Results Are Individual

Product descriptions may discuss exercise applications such as:

  • Strength training;
  • Mobility;
  • Resistance work;
  • Balance;
  • Stretching;
  • Lower-body exercises;
  • Upper-body exercises;
  • Home workouts.

These descriptions explain intended consumer use.

We do not guarantee a particular:

  • Weight change;
  • Body shape;
  • Muscle gain;
  • Strength increase;
  • Performance result;
  • Medical outcome.

Results vary according to training, frequency, technique, nutrition, individual physiology, and other factors.

Not Medical Treatment

Unless a specific product is expressly represented and legally qualified otherwise, products sold through our store are ordinary consumer fitness products—not medical devices.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or injury.

Know Your Own Limits

Exercise involves physical effort.

Customers should select exercises and resistance appropriate to their individual ability.

If you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, recently gave birth, are recovering from surgery, or have another reason to question whether an exercise is appropriate, seek guidance from an appropriately qualified professional before beginning or changing an exercise program.

Inspect Before Use

Fitness equipment should be checked before use.

Depending on the product, inspect:

  • Resistance bands;
  • Seams;
  • Handles;
  • Clips;
  • Anchors;
  • Fasteners;
  • Frames;
  • Adjustment points;
  • Cords;
  • Attachment points.

Discontinue use if a component appears cracked, torn, excessively worn, loose, deformed, or otherwise unsafe.

Resistance Bands and Elastic Components

Elastic materials naturally age.

Heat, sunlight, chemicals, overstretching, abrasion, and repeated use may gradually affect elasticity and strength.

Do not use an elastic product that shows cracking, tearing, thinning, or other significant deterioration.

Load Limits

Never exceed a stated product load or resistance limit.

A product designed for exercise resistance should not automatically be treated as climbing, suspension, fall-protection, or body-support equipment unless expressly designed and certified for that purpose.

Safe Training Area

Use equipment with adequate space around you.

Consider nearby:

  • Furniture;
  • Glass;
  • Walls;
  • Other people;
  • Children;
  • Pets;
  • Slippery surfaces.
