Our store focuses on women's fitness equipment, home-workout accessories, resistance products, training tools, and related consumer fitness merchandise.

- Assembly;

- Load limitations.
Orders
Submitting an order represents a request to purchase the products and variations selected at checkout.
We may reasonably hold or cancel an order before shipment because of:
- Payment failure;
- Suspected fraud;
- Inventory discrepancy;
- Invalid address;
- Obvious pricing error;
- Technical error;
- Shipping restriction.
If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Responsible Product Use
Customers are responsible for:
- Reading applicable instructions;
- Completing required assembly;
- Checking equipment before use;
- Using appropriate resistance;
- Respecting load limitations;
- Maintaining a reasonably safe exercise area.
Normal Wear
Fitness products are repeatedly pulled, compressed, stepped on, gripped, rolled, or otherwise placed under physical load.
Reasonable wear from repeated exercise is different from a manufacturing defect that existed at delivery.
Returns
Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
Original SDWFNTUME LLC photography, written material, graphics, branding, training-product presentation, and other proprietary content may not be commercially copied or used to impersonate our business without authorization.
Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by applicable laws of Missouri and the United States.
